One of the best agencies out there. Prompt with fixing issues if they arrise, always communicate with more than enough notice should a visit be required, reasonable price, looking out after landlords property, essential documents (i.e. gas and electricity certificates) were up on a notice board. I personally could recommend them enough. It was an absolute pleasure.

A very good estate agents that actually care about their tenants. Had a few issues over the years but we're always handled very fast and extremely helpful. Once I needed to move they were very compassionate, understanding and helpful with any and all information that I could possibly have. The best estate agency I have ever dealt with! I lived in a HMO managed by Apex for 2 years, and they were fantastic. They were on top of the properties maintenance, would provide communication before turning up and were always easy to get in touch with. I only moved out because I left the city but I would've stayed if I didnt. Would highly recommend! Would like to particularly thank Beverley for being professional, friendly and always ensuring everything was running smoothly throughout my 2 years at the property.

Amy has been brilliant with managing the letting of my father's house.I first met her in 2019 and it was very difficult to accept that I had to rent my family home to cover my dad's residential care fees. She was warm and compassionate of my situation. Im now on my second tenant and she has been brilliant with handling repairs and redecoration quotes to make it a better property.She lined up a number of tenants and gave me great feedback to find the right one If you go with Apex - ask for Amy!!

Worst service I have ever come across. Submitted the holding deposit forms with everything filled out a day before being told that due to them being a bit slow and getting everything organised someone else has now taken the property. Not to mention the fact I asked the same question about the contact three times in three different emails which was ignored every time it was sent. Avoid at all costs.
