T1 have been managing my HMO in Bournemouth for nearly 5 years now. They have been great, I haven’t had to really deal with anything at all other than give the go ahead for maintenance or okay new tenants when they have swiftly filled any voids. Top Notch!
The place it's not what it was presented the internet doesn't work heat doesn't work and on top of everything, there are rats in the house. The customer service it's very unprofessional and got an attitude every time u come up with a problem.
Rip off merchants. This company intitially comes off looking shiny and professional, but this is only surface deep. The house share I was in was always infested with flies and rodents. the flies even managed to get under the carpet to lay eggs and so we had maggots coming out from under the carpet. It was always too hot in the house, unbearable noise, mess, problems with the water temperature. The company took a whole year to get anything with the dryers and washings machines fixed. It took multiple referrals and complaints before they would send anyone out. Thankfully I'm now out of the houseshare and even though me and my family scrubbed everything down Inc moving furniture to make sure nothing was left uncleaned. They are still trying to take £40 out of my deposit for cleaning. So what should be coming out of their business overheads to get cleaners in, they are charging that to tenants to generate the business more money. Nothing more than a profiteering organisation and I wouldn't touch them with a 10ft bargepole. Also rooms are very expensive as these are 8 bed house shares and they are charging £500+ for one room.
Operated like a get-rich quick scheme. Invasive, frequent inspections. Agents acted like the landlord was some third party when he is in fact the owner of the company. I’d recommend for students who are renting a room, not a home.

At a difficult transition period in my life T1 property were there to take the worry out of moving home. The service provided was a cut above the rest! Chloe was there to handle any concerns/questions and she did this with the upmost professionalism. Within a week I had moved in to a truly beautiful property and was able to start a new chapter in my life! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at renting.
