   I would highly recommend the team at Town and Country, Drayton. We have just completed our house sale, within four months and from the initial valuation with Colin through to the completion, we have been kept well informed and guided along the process. Claire managed our sale and communication between her and myself and her and my Solicitor was excellent. I received such sterling service that I wish I had chosen Town & Country to act as my own agent for the sale of my own property and not just the purchase of my new one. The treatment I received was absolutely second-to-none. I was looked after from start to finish, I never felt the need to chase anyone and I knew that the team genuinely had my (and my family's) best interests at heart. In the same breath I'm just as grateful that the seller of my property chose to place their trust in Town & Country so that I could be on the receiving end of such exemplar service.    Hilary and all the staff at Town & Country Southern have been fantastic. They were very helpful and managed to gain a quick sale on my property for the price I wanted to achieve. However it didn't stop there! I was in a very tricky chain and Hilary ensured that everybody in the chain was doing everything they should be doing and liaised with all other agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure that we ended up exchanging contacts and completing. I can not recommend Hilary enough and thank her for all her hard work and effort she has put in to make our dream a reality. When you have a phone call from your agent at 8am and 9pm in the same day you know that they are doing everything possible to assist you and that they have your best interests at heart.
