   Came here for some wood and after looking around I found the planks I wanted. I loaded my trailer with 16 7fts at £4each 12 6fts at £3.50 each & 6 5fts at £3 each. After 5 minutes of waiting (the staff being busy with other customers) a man came over and asked if he could help? I told him what I had and what sizes I had. Then showed him the piles of wood I took them from. He did not want to check how many I’d taken he just had a very brief look. He then took me into the office and added everything up. “That will be £149 please sir” I paid and went to my car strapped down the load and while doing so noticed the prices on the bottom of the piles of wood. I started to think hey that don’t add up. So I got into the car and added it up and it came to £124. I checked it again then a third time. I went back to the counter and said I think this is wrong I’ve just added it up and it’s £25 less than you’ve charged me. He said he thought I’d got 16 9fts 12 7fts & 6 6fts (which would have come up to £149) but I know I showed him whatcha piles I had taken them from. He looked as I saw him jot down which ones they were! “Oh ok I’ll come out and check” so he came out and measured the largest plank and went back into the office while he started to give me a refund the other member of staff left the office and walked to my trailer and started to count the wood, then measured them. She came back into the office and placed her notes next to the member of staff dealing with me, pointing at the amount she had counted (which was the exact amount I had said and lengths)! This I felt a little bit of an insult! A refund was issued and he said how sorry he was. Sadly tho I’d I not noticed or checked I would have driven out of there £25 worse off.

   Very rude and discriminating. I haven't been served, because I did not have mask on. I informed I'm exempt, so been asked for a card. I'm not required by law to carry exempt card with me (mine is at home as I always forget to take it anyway). Been informed its their "rules" to wear mask. When I asked about seeing their policy, lady showed me only a sign "please wear a mask" saying thats their policy. Well, then you're loosing a customer. Her reply was, "we don't need you as a customer". Being calm all the time and treated that way. Discusting.
