Always gone to Lidl as I felt the products on offer was better but I couldn't believe the behaviour of the staff today on the tills. Ignoring and getting snappy at customers, aggressively pushing the products off the belt because they're too busy arguing with each other over their headsets and taking it out on customers who've done no wrong. If it wasn't for the fact I needed some of the products right away I'd have told the woman on the till to keep it all. I'm going to go back to the Aldi down the road from now on. I've always felt the staff are much friendlier anyways but Lidl had the product pull. With rude staff who are unprofessional enough to display their issues on the shop floor and in earshot of customers though I'm not interested in going back. I'll give my custom to Aldi

If you are disabled, autistic or neurodivergent please avoid this shop for your own sake. I was stalked and treat like a shoplifter and given dirty looks by all the staff like I'm some sort of wrong un. You will likely hear them discriminating and slagging you off over there headsets and make you feel uncomfortable and causing you to go through more trauma. Please avoid at all cost. These are judgemental people who clearly hate disabled people. I will be letting HR know how these staff members are behaving. They are wrong uns for making disabled people feel like they made me feel. Disgusting people they are.

Great store, nice and clean and the bakery is lush. Only reason I have given 4 stars is due to one of the till staff who saw me waiting in the queue to unload my shopping for at least 5 mins then told me 'I'm closing this one, you'll have to move to another one'. No please no thank you no sorry. A shame as the other staff were all very nice and polite.

I enjoyed my shopping here. I found everything I wanted. Place clean, staff not bad, good atmosphere and great products.

Nice enough environment. Struggled getting around due to deliveries being put in the front of shelves. Basic choices.

I can never get a full shop here however, to get a few items and usually a bit cheaper then it's fine. Some nice products and a reasonable bakery in-store.

The plump female member of staff was so rude to man in his eighties about not being fast enough with his payment, though it was her fault as she was busy playing detective on her headset. The cookies also get cooked on the same trays as the pizzas so you get cookies that taste like peppers and onions. Apart from that it's okay.

managed to find everything that I needed which was mostly baking stuff apart from choc chips, but they may have just been out of stock. I got some doughnuts off the bakery which were gorgeous, most of the bakery stuff looked really good, they have a good freezer collection and plenty of fruit and veg, a good selection of tinned items and most other essential items.
