   I had an order due to be delivered at 10am to 12 today still waiting at 2.30pm rang store numerous times no answer rang customer services to be told by a very rude member of staff JAMES at customer services told me at 12 delivery driver was 3 stops away called back at 1pm driver still 3 stops away but 2.30 still no show I will never again do an online order disgusting totally unacceptable I expect better service than this.

   Absolutely shocking service!! Can't get through on the phone to them currently have a case with them from previous orders due to not turning up at all,missing items,freezer food arriving defrosted. Promised orders will arrive and there's been an incident at the warehouse still waiting days later!! It's absolutely disgusting behaviour when you can't get out to the shop and have children to feed!!

   I used to come here once or twice a month because it was great value to stock up on things. However over the last 3 years the prices have gradually gotten completely unreasonable. The prices just endlessly go up week after week and they use sneaky tactics by changing the offers, for example, an item would go from the 3 for £10 offer to a new 2 for £7.50 offer. This shop uses so many tactics like these to confuse customers into overpaying for things. On top of that they are constantly changing where stock is, nearly every time I come here everything has moved and it just makes it even more confusing. Tonight was the last time I will shop here, it's not worth the effort trying to dodge all their deceptive tactics for barely any savings, go to home bargains instead.

   A good place like any other :) you know what's going on in a big supermarket to look at valuables just like in any other store, everyone has their favorite products so I won't advertise anything too much here. The store is like a store, large with a large selection of products at competitive prices, clean, service is a big plus so there is nothing to complain about and the parking lot under the store itself is impressive because you don't have to go shopping all over the city and look for a car. Okay for me

   I like Iceland as a rule but was a bad visit the other week. They had Chicago Town pizzas on offer and they had about 5 different offers in the same freezers which was ridiculously confusing. I chose 3 pizzas that should have been £8 and when I got to the till they told me there was 1 pizza that wasn't part of the offer. The guy then argued with me despite the fact that I had a pizza from a cheaper range and was happy to pay the difference. There was a queue and the guy at the till made it look like I was trying to commit a heist. Anyway I've boycotted it and I'll take my £120 a week food shop somewhere where the staff are more helpful and less argumentative.
