    Ordered lightweight staple gun and the only 10mm staples available on the site. Got it home to find staples not compatible. Tried calling but voice over said store opens at 9am infact it opens at 7 am. Tried the chat....very slow..infact its just a message service. Found out they don't even sell the staples for the staple gun. Had to go to screwfix to buy a gun for the staples I'd already opened. Returned to Willerby store. After complaining I had poor service the server Mat did not seem bothered.
