A lovely guy called Nathan served me this evening and nothing was a hassle for him he was so lovely and reassuring really can’t thank him enough for his advice and help getting the right part I needed!
Rushed to the store 10 minute away and arrived at 19:55 wanting to get a couple of smoke detectors to fit that evening, knowing it was close to closing time at 20:00 but having arrived with 5 mins to spare and expecting seen as closing is at 8pm I should be fine and its worth the journey, only to be told we've cashe up and arw closing, checked the time and confirmed with the staff it was indeed 5 minutes to the hour, regardless I wasn't getting served. CHANGE YOUR ADVERTISED CLOSING TIMES THEN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SERVE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVE BEFORE THE ADVERTISE CLOSING TIME. I SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR GOOGLE LISTING'S TO 19:45 AS YOUR CLOSING TIME.
Extremely helpful young woman who was manning the front desk helped me determine what size bolt I needed and gave advice for alternatives. Nothing too much trouble and was happy to search the internet in store to try and find alternatives for the necessary washers when the ones I wanted were out of stock there. Highly recommend a visit for parts and advice
I always get the products I need from here, and good quality. Given the choice locally, though, it's the service that makes this place above and beyond and keeps me coming back. Today, I had especially helpful and friendly service from Madison. Thank you!
It’s fine, but one of the managers was rude to me once and I now try to shop at the Toolstation. The staff at Toolstation are always really pleasant.
Bought a lawnmower at 7pm, no other person in the store, it came in a huge box and the store assistant carried it out to the car and helped load it into the boot. Very impressed with the service very friendly and helpful staff.
Better but still has woefully poor stock levels of basic plumbing and electrical, over the past month I've ended up next door at Toolstation 8 out 10 times because of this, Items include only one 22mm push fit elbow I needed in stock, no short lengths of 2 core cable, no pipe inserts, no drill bits, no switches, junction boxes, tape, flexible pipe, tap connector etc etc, these are basic everyday items that should always be in stock, thank goodness Toolstation is only next door and at the moment tend to be cheaper too!
Well despite the comments from some people I have to say I've never had any issues here at the Beverley branch. The click and collect system has always worked seemlessly for me and the staff have always been helpful and polite. Online prices seem to be very reasonable too and so far nothing I've searched for has been out of stock. No complaints to be fair.
I regularly use this store only for convenience as I work nearby and some of the staff are terrible I'm stood at the counter waiting to be served and overhear Terri being nasty about other staff/ customers her personality is as almost as discusting as her face. Alex who was a manager handled my online order mix up very unprofessional I'm not sure how anyone thought she was good enough to be a manager.the ginger fella Mr steroid is more interested in how he looks then giving good customer service
