   Ordered online. Love the website, the only one I could find with sufficient information to be sure the replacement kitchen cabinet hinges I was ordering would fit. They turned up quickly, fitted perfectly, and seem to be of better quality than those they replaced. In a world where disappointment is often order of the day, it has cheered me immensely to get good service and products. Thank you EuroFit Direct!

   The merchandise arrived on time and it was well packed. On opening of the package all of the contents were found to be in sound condition. It was easy to find installation instructions with appropriate drawings in the suppliers' website. I have not installed the bracket yet so I cannot offer any comments as to whether it works well or otherwise.

   Euro fit are a fantastic company! When I experience excellent customer service like this it deserves a great review. The staff are so helpful, I sent an email with exact dimensions of the cabinet door hinges I needed. Within an hour the recommended the exact ones I needed which fitted perfectly. The website is easy to use & the delivery is super quick. I am a very happy customer. I would highly recommend.

   Avoid! UK Distance Selling Laws are extremely clear. The buyer has the right to cancel the order 14 days after receiving the goods. Upon doing this, the buyer is responsible for return postage. However the seller is required, by law, to issue a full refund including the original postage cost (as long as the buyer used the standard delivery option). This company believes they are above trading laws and their "company policies" mean they can break laws. Therefore I would just suggest avoiding them altogether. ---- reply to company reply 18/11/22 ---- As there was no other postage options on your site at the time of purchasing, the basis delivery cost was the only delivery option available... I did not choose a upgraded delivery option as there were no options! Once again lies from from your company. I have also just got a screen shot of the ordering process for the same order...one option for delivery only! £6.96 is the only option! So please check your site before blaming customers for "choosing" as there is no choice. Refer back to my original conclusion "I would just suggest avoiding them altogether."
