Had a reasonably enjoyable day at the Christmas experience. Pros: 1. Toddler loved it which is really what it's about. My child is 3 so he was happy 2. Staff very friendly and welcoming 3. Was well organised 4. On our day it wasn't overcrowded which was really nice 5. Cute animals in Petting barn 6. Loved the toasted marshmallows 7. Santa was brilliant 8. Nice tea and coffee, donut on arrival 9. The male elf in santas waiting area was brilliant - he was very interactive with the children and the adults. The female singer was brilliant also Areas for improvement: 1. Serious potholes on entrance. Really need fixed. There are far too many and very deep! 2. Food provided for adults needs improved - no difference in portion size between child and adult. A drink should be included in the token also. 3. Need far more lights on the trees and more nicely decorated throughout - lights looked like they had been thrown on and no pattern to it 4. Santa's room could be more cosey and more nicely decorated & this would have made for a nicer picture 5. Would have preferred santa gifted a toy directly to my child rather than a token. Would have made it more magical Overall had an enjoyable day, a few pointers going forward! But overall well done & a Merry Christmas to the whole team.

This was our second time visiting Mountpanther. Last year at Halloween and now at Christmas. I don’t normally leave reviews but the fabulous experience we have now had twice deserves recognition. Last night we were greeted to doughnuts and coffee/hot chocolate/tea (from a real coffee machine, I know) we got seated and waited for 10/15 minutes before being called by the elf to write our letter to Santa. Again there was no long waiting time, we spent another 10/15 minutes writing such letters all whilst Christmas music was playing and everyone was in great spirit. The elf then called again and brought us to the animal house where we seen a variety of animals as well as getting to hold a snake! We then entered the bouncy castle area, where we could also make reindeer food. The place was buzzing but not over crowded, everyone was enjoying themselves. There was no allocated time for this, kids played as long as they liked. While they were busy my partner and I took this opportunity to use our free sausages and chips token at the cafe, which again every single person received (you did not have to eat it at the cafe, we brought ours to the play area). When you felt ready to leave you queued outside of Santa's door. Santa did not know anything about the children and yet he was very believable, bonus points for the real beard. Most places we have visited, Santa does give children a small present such as puzzles etc. Here the Santa gave a toy pass, each child was able to choose a toy from the gift/toy shop. Our eldest picked a mini skateboard! To finish the lovely night off we were able to toast our marshmallows. The children absolutely loved every minute of their night, we stayed around 3 hours and spend £0 for a change as everything we needed was included in the price. There are plenty of staff for guidance, the place is also quite organised so that you don’t get lost and know exactly what you are doing and where you are going. We did get lucky with dry weather however it had rained prior that morning. All things are indoors however when walking from one building to another you may get a little wet and muddy. Just grab your wellies and a raincoat! We will definitely be returning next year. Another huge thank you to Mountpanther and the staff for making the night so magical.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we had a brilliant time! The bouncy pillow was a big hit with all of us, the animals are clearly very well looked after and the amount of seating was unreal! The kids loved going into the enclosures and being able to be close to the animals, who were very friendly! The best bit for us was the staff, two young lads in particular (I didn’t catch the name of the first fella but he was firstly letting people into the goats enclosure and then letting the children pet the small animals and the second fella was called Dominic, he was with the reptiles and he was so friendly and informative…. Both guys were so lovely with the children and clearly are very good at their jobs) we would visit again just knowing how fab the staff are!!! Thanks for a great day out!!!

Wow brilliant day. This was our 1st visit got the offer of 15% off tickets and highly recommended. Kids and adults had a fantastic day. We got to hold and play with all the animals. Great play park indoor and outdoor. Lots to do and see will be back. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a fabulous day

Great open farm with the tractor ride to see the deer a particular highlight. The kids absolutely loved all the inflatables and the exotic animals. The wallabies were a particular highlight for me. The wait we had to get in was because this was the teddy bear picnic day which is very popular esp with the kids. I have concerns over the size of the enclosures for the likes of the Meerkats and Ring Tail Lemurs and would like to see them in much much bigger enclosures. Edit: Great to hear that there are new larger enclosures for the lemurs and meerkats.

Excellent family friendly farm and kids loved it. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. You can hold/pet a varity of animals including reptiles. There's a park area with lots of different activities which is well laid out. There is also an outbuilding with three bouncy castles. There is hot and cold food sold on site, which is both responsibly priced and big portions. Would definitely recommend this place for a family day out.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The park/farm is well laid out with the main animals and play parts all in the one vicinity. There's also a petting farm and indoor play area. At first I was concerned that we would be in and out in about half an hour, but in the end, we easily spent an hour and a half here, having arrived late in the afternoon.

We just had our first day out at mountpanther today and we're lucky to be able to be part of the pirate and mermaid themed event. Really brilliant day was had by both adults and kids. It literally had it all, parks, face painting, animal petting, bouncy castles, bouncing pillow, treasure hunt, deer safari. The DJ and themed staff were amazing at getting everybody up and participating in dancing. Highly recommend.

Well what can I say- this place is awesome. They don't pack too many people in. Plenty of space and tables to sit and eat at or have a rest and the staff are honestly second to none. Loads of activities and the animals are well looked after. David the sherrif and Maya the witch were two of the kids favourite aswell as the dancing chicken! Honestly such a great day out and I'm so glad we took the 3 kids.
