   Hired some ladders to pop up the Christmas decorations. Good choice of ladders, I needed extra high ones for the apex of my house. Professional service, good quality equipment and they even got delivered. Would highly recommend!

   I hired a rotavator from this shop. The owner was very helpful in carrying it into the boot of my car and out again. Good products, and very knowledgeable regarding his vast array of products. Very reasonable prices and can't fault the service. I would recommend this for tool hire. Thank you Kelvin. :)

   I hired an electric breaker from this shop which packed up after 10 minutes of use due to a loose wire where the cable enters the tool. As I was 20 miles away from the shop we could not go back that day. I was amazed when the owner refused to give a refund despite the item being unfit for purpose. The item also had a PAT TEST label saying do not use after mid August so was a safety risk as well.This was 16th Sept. Basically I was deliberately cheeted out of £40. This guy is a total cowboy do not hire anything from him as you will get questionable safety and a total disregard for you as a customer. BEWARE.

   I hired a rotoavator for all of 30 mins and had to return it as it wouldnt work as instructed. Called the office and an operative attended and he advised the blade was bent hence why it isnt working and the handle 'is meant to lift' but i would need to put a bolt in if I wanted it to lift. The guy in the shop refused to give me a full refund, instead he charged me a full day rate, delivery to and from and charged £10 for the 'missing bolts' which weren't there in the first instance. Looks like this rotoavator is their main money maker on damage and daily hire charges. And this was placed straight back on the shop floor ready for for-hire! Avoid this company at all costs, i will go to a more respectable/ helpful company in future.

   Took a drill in for repair, didn't get it back for several weeks. Went in with a clutch issue when used in forwards. When I did get it back and went to use it I found that the forward seemed ok but the reverse was the same as the forwards was previously. The quick change head fell off and the handle was also missing. I called and was told to take it back in, I didn't get chance for several weeks due to work commitments to take it back beforehand. I had already paid a repair charge and expected the return to be free as it was not right on the first use. I received a call saying a couple of bits were required and that they knew nothing about a handle. I asked them to order one and I would pay as I couldn't safely use it without a handle! They would get on with it and call when ready to collect, finally it was ready only to be asked for another payment to cover the repairs which they had caused! And a miracle!? A handle was found which was the one they lost and claimed to know nothing about, I expressed my dissatisfaction only to be fobbed off saying it was basically my fault for waiting too long to return it even though I called on the first use of the drill a couple of weeks after picking it back up. Avoid for repairs unless you like wasting money!
