I cannot recommend this place enough. Our cat, who was a rescue and very insecure, was relaxed and comfortable when we went to pick her up. The staff who look after the cats are very attentive and kind and we would have no hesitation in putting Mimi there again should the need arise.
Our 2 year old labradoodle recently stayed in kennels . He has come home happy and straight back into normal routines . He was well cared for, I felt listened to with any concerns , regular updates and he was kept safe and comfortable whilst we were on holiday.
My two Scottish Terriers, 11 years old and 10 months old, stayed at Cozy Pets Boutique for 10 days, and I could tell from their faces how happy they were when I picked them up. The staff were so friendly and really attentive to all the details about my dogs, which was very reassuring — it’s clear how much they care. We were so pleased to feel like they’d been on a holiday too, just like us. They had space in their room and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Everything from booking to payment was smooth and easy. Thank you for making them feel so happy and content!
By far my favorite kennel in the area. My dogs never seen stressed or upset when we pick them up and they have plenty of space sharing a room. I will always pick Cozy Pets as my first boarding option!
Our dog seemed to be happy when we picked her up and on dropping off, the staff seemed really friendly and accommodating. The kennels were spotless and spacious and we took our dogs own bed and toys. I emailed part way through the holiday to see if she had settled OK and got a lovely reassuring email back.
We have picked up our Eddie today from cozy pets and are so happy with the care he received. The update on his stay was lovely to hear and we felt it was very genuine.Eddie has adjusted well to being home and that’s a good sign he’s been happy whilst away. Would highly recommend Cozy Pets, We were out of the country and it was very reassuring to know he was safe, getting lots of exercise and lots of cuddles..Thankyou to all the girls who looked after him,
Our first visit to the Cozy Pets Boutique Hotel for our two British Shorthair Cats and the staff and facilities have proved to be excellent. Collected our two boys this morning and they were relaxed and happy. The units are well sized with an outdoor area. The staff have really thought through how to put the cats at ease with hideaways and play things. Thoroughly recommend.
Cozy pets complaint I cannot give this company a 5 star review when they do not price fairly. So we dropped our 1 dog off at about 4:45pm then collected him the very next day at the exact same time….maybe 10 mins later at the most, so he was there a mere 24 hours. Want to guess the price charged on collection? £58 !!!?? So apparently, it’s because they charge rates daily, and a full days charge is made for the day of arrival REGARDLESS of arrival time. And they will then only allow a ‘half day’ charge on the final day if you collect your dog before 10AM. So we’ve been charged for 2 full days of boarding when he was only there 24 hours. This hurts because now we feel ripped off and don’t want to use them again, and of course won’t be. We can’t afford £58 like that just to be able to have 1 night away? We’ve enquired with other dog boarding facilities this morning around the area and they all seemed appalled at this ‘charging system’ too. Not the fact they charge per day as lots do, but just at how procedural it is despite the fact their main customer base are families and couples who need to feel that their dog boarding place isnt going to rip them off!? They are caring for peoples family members at the end of the day…just a little thinking OUTSIDE of the box is sometimes nessesary . Please don’t just think of the money… if a family drops their dog off in the evening and collected the next afternoon doesn’t it feel wrong to charge them 2 full days??? Does it not??? MORE than even a hotel room for instance locally we put someone up in a hotel in cambourne for £49 for a human.. I just couldn’t do it to people especially in this cost of living crisis, it’s just getting harder and harder now to do nice things as a family and this really has left a bitter taste in our mouth. You supply your own food for your dog too of course so they don’t change their diet so I’m struggling to understand the need to charge like that when we literally brought everything out dog needed he just needed someone to mind him there was no actual extra cost or anything to say why we’d be charged for 2 FULL days when he was there 24 hours and 10minutes…. Seems very ‘computer says no’ and tactful so we will therefore no longer be using them.
I had the pleasure of visiting Cozy Pets Boutique Hotel recently. To my surprise, it was bigger/ much better conditions I could have ever imagined. My instant thought was 'Yes, this the place I want my pet to be when I am away from the UK'. Furthermore, the staff gave me such a comprehensive overview of the day-to-day functioning of the Hotel, that I certainly did not have the smallest intention of going somewhere else. They seem extremely skilled, thoughtful and the attention to detail is constant. I was completely overwhelmed with how seriously they take the job they do, and how passionate they are about it.
