   The Howlies team have been a welcome addition to our pooch Seamus's life. He has become more confident around other dogs and thoroughly enjoys his trips to day care. What we find valuable for our routine is the pick-up and drop off service and the online booking of the services. We also really appreciate the daily reports. Andy and the team are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. We couldn't recommend them highly enough! Caroline and Tom … and Seamus!

   I would recommend Howlies to anyone! I have seen firsthand how much the team genuinely love and care about my dog, and how much she trusts them in return. There is no doubt in my mind that I can trust the team at Howlies to keep my dog safe, whilst having fun and keeping her entertained whilst I'm at work. Sending my dog to daycare started off purely as a way to socialise her when she was younger, but I'd struggle to stop sending her to day care knowing how much fun she has when she's there. A big thank you to the Howlies team for everything!

   I couldn't recommend Howlies more! Our dog, Tofu, was quite a nervous pup when we got her — she was cautious of people and I worried about how she would behave without us around. I had no reason to worry, and the incredible day care team put us at ease. Tofu squeals at excitement at the door when we say the word "Howlies" and has developed so much trust with those that work there. She is always incredibly happy to see any member of the team: reassuring us that she truly has a fantastic time, every time. As a puppy, Tofu received monthly "reports" to help us identify her strengths and areas for development. As a first time dog owner, I would worry about what was normal behaviour, and Andy and the team were always happy to discuss — a level of support other doggy daycares couldn't provide. We also receive updates at the end of each day at day care, documenting her behaviour, eating habits, time outs, etc. and receive regular communication from Howlies about collection times — all an absolute dream! Overall, Howlies has been fantastic and we are so grateful for the love and fun they give our little Tofu!

   Apparently 10 minutes in the worlds windiest conditions sticking my dog in a field with loads of other yappy dogs is enough time and the right conditions to complete a temperament test. Apparently my rescue dog sat by the gate the whole time, nervous. Rightly so! What a terrible way to introduce someone somewhere and with only 10 minutes in these conditions?! Obviously he’s going to be nervous!!! A flat out “no” and no recommendations or staggered introduction suggested. Just “try again in a few months”. Telling you right now I WONT BE. I rang pawmaster next door and they asked about how they deal with these situations and they said they don’t agree with temperament tests as it isn’t a fair reflection and recognise they need time to settle. I AGREE and will be going here and spending my money on a place that actually understands dogs who need reasonable adjustments.

   Viktor absolutely loves going to Howlies. He’s looked after so well. Always happy to hop into the collection van! Andy and the staff are all extremely nice. Very flexible with bookings when they can be as well, which for us is a huge help! If you need doggy daycare in / around Bedford, I would highly recommended Howlies!

   I can't fault Andy and the team at Howlies. They care so much about their dogs. Our pup was always so happy to go there and we always felt he was well looked after. Andy is also really easy to contact and is so helpful, accommodating last minute requests and going out of his way to help.

   We have been using Howlies for a few months now and have had an excellent experience with them. Our dog loves going there every week, and gets super excited when Andy turns up at the door. Their communication is excellent- we always know when the dog will be picked up/ dropped off, we get regular updates via text/ social media, and they are always accommodating to our needs. I feel 100% confident in leaving the dog in Howlies care.

   Amazing place! Completed my work experience here and got to see the ins and outs of the business. It's a genuinely lovely place and the dogs are treated wonderfully. Andy (the owner) is a really dedicated guy and the staff all look after every dog to their own individual needs. There are plenty of safety measures in place and every dog is treated equally and given unlimited playtime, rest time and cuddles! I even brought my own dogs as I was so impressed. Thank you Howlies! Xx
