Nothing is too much trouble, customer service is at the heart of what they do, and they have amazing attention to detail, both pre-departure and on the phone call to check all is okay on arrival. Rob organised a wonderful and complex cruise for us from Singapore to Hong Kong with city breaks at each end and flights. The highlight was the Pingxi Sky Lantern festival in Taiwan. Taiwan?!
My wife and I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Rob on our last two travel requirements. Dragonfly couldn't have been more helpful, Rob went that extra mile to facilitate our needs, even to the extent of making the need for last minute changes on our part smooth and seamless. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and personable and takes the time to understand each client's individual likes and dislikes. Rob really knows his stuff when it comes to travel. He is friendly, approachable and will go that extra mile to make sure you get the holiday you want.
