Would have put 0 stars if I could. Member of staff parked in exit on phone shouting at people she works there and won't move. Informed manager who obviously couldn't care less and said she was on phone. Disgusting
Not sure if they will see this but THANK YOU for the treat in my shopping as a sorry for the mix up Kindness goes a long way. Not sure what the manager is called but she was absolutely lovely and a credit to Tescos. Thanks again sophie
Would do 0 but can't, asked a member of staff 'why is there no bakery produce this morning?' Her response to me and my 2 young children was 'oh there isn't anyone to do it today so we haven't bothered' Wow thanks. Great service and staff Tesco.
Bog standard out of the box Tesco Express. Pleasent enough store for essentials. There are often offers worth considering. Staff very pleasant avoid lunch time when schools are open as it is chaos and unpleasant But would not avoid the place generally.
Perfect pit stop when I've dropped the kids off at college and need to buy milk or singing along those lines. They have self-service checkouts as well as traditional tills (thankfully!), and the disabled parking is a stones throw from the entrance. Good for reductions at the end of the day as well, and there is a cash machine on the building as well. I wouldn't do a big shop here though, unless I was limited and had to. It's just that bit pricier than the bigger stores.
Alright local Tesco, good for some essentials
Staff are great, friendly and you can always get what you want within reason. Shop is tidy and it can be busy at certain times as well it has a Costa inside and just try to get on before 12pm on week days to avoid the college dinner times because it's chaos. I don't know how the staff get through it without exploding I really don't hats off to them.
Excellant store shelfs always full truck in 6.00 am every morning.
Excellent product choice staff very customer friendly. Security staff very polite and helpful. I live in Stoke onTrent and visit my granddaughter and her family several times a year always do the food shopping in this store as its only 5mins walk away from their house. However if I wasn't happy with the service I would shop elsewhere.
I visit my local Tesco Express most days. It is only 5 minutes walk for me and most convenient. I know most of the staff there.now and they are all excellent. Store always has very good variety of products and also has a cash point outside
