Truly awful. Phoned last week to ensure my repeat prescription had been requested as arranged. No it hadn't. Promised to request is as urgent. Turned up to collect today and they knew nothing about it. I'm now having to go without my medication because of this useless pharmacy.
I cannot express how much I appreciate the Pharmacist at Ancourage park pharmacy she is an absolute diamond. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful . I visited my usual chemist prior to going to Morrisons pharmacy and was basically met with a total lack of understanding. I was so impressed when I called in to this chemist and was treated with such respect and support that I have returned and will return for future advice and products . 100% would recommend this pharmacy.
This is my go-to pharmacy even though it’s miles from my home but on the way to work. Such lovely people here, always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist pre-orders a private prescription medication for my dog, realising that I am in every couple of weeks to replenish it. It isn’t always in stock elsewhere and the price fluctuates dramatically between chemists, but I am consistently charged a lower price here and so I always return to give them my business for all the above reasons. .

I have had fantastic service from the pharmacist and the friendly staff at this pharmacy. Nothing was too much trouble for them in trying to obtain a script item for my mum in time for her GP appointment. A member of staff even delivered it to my door! Great customer service and care not often seen nowadays. Glad they are our local pharmacy and would recommend them, absolutely.

After a number of days in pain and unable to obtain the correct medication from my GP, the lady pharmacist at Morrisons, Anchorage Park, Portsmouth not only spoke directly with my surgery, but also 111 to request an emergancy prescription . I do not know how I would of coped another night in pain, if this lady had not gone over and above on my behalf, Thank you to that lady, there are no words to exspress my sincere gratitude
