   Lovely staff, phoned ahead to check they had my prescription. When I arrived I sat waiting for my prescription to be ready, and promptly burst into very tired and very frustrated. I didn't catch her name but the staff member with the lip piercing was very kind and patient with me even though I definitely seemed a headcase and not what you need at the start of your shift. Definitely recommend and would make it my usual pharmacy but I'm far too embarrased
