Staff are lovely and quite helpful. My biggest gripe is that are on the retail park and close at the same time as the high street. All the other shops are open later, I just find that a bit baffling. Even if they stayed open until 6.30pm I'd be In with a shout,

Just wanted to say what a lovely young lady it was who served me when I bought some make up and other items on Saturday just gone. She was so polite and professional and just had a really lovely warmth to her that put a smile on my face. A credit to have her as a young employee.

I've been to this store numerous of times, I needed to pick something up and it was cheaper online, when I was getting served I let them know it was cheaper on boots online, the cashier said I don't know if I can do that, another worker came over I explain it was cheaper online boots site, plus I've done this before numerous of times at this store and they always allowed me to do it, as a worker said they can do it, but today it was different people and would not allow me to do it, this worker was horrible and did not listen to me, I said what happens if I buy it online now can I collect straight away, she lied to me saying no a van turns up to drop it off and then she contradict herself saying we pick them off the shelf at midday, so she was lying to me, so I basically told her there is nice workers who help and then you have liars like you that won't help, I will never return to this store and I was a frequent customer who use this place weekly, shame that people like her work in retail and lies to customers and is rude, I have forward this to the head office, as I don't think the job is right for her

I use this store more than any other branch and always find the staff to be friendly and approachable. They are also very accommodating when I rush in just before closing time. Needed some mouth ulcer gel tonight and although I got there a couple of minutes before 6pm, they were kind enough to let me in. I note that many people have given bad reviews because there isn't a pharmacy at this branch, which whilst true, this is not the fault of the people who work there. If you want to complain then try complaining to someone at Boots Headquarters.

Everything time I have visited this store it looks like it’s closing down. Minimal stock, make up displays that look trashed and very limited skin care ranges.

I don't often leave reviews but had to mention that we had fantastic customer service from Mobeen on the perfume section. We was looking just for a new aftershave for my other half and she spent so much time with us letting us smell lots of them, giving us recommendations and giving us her knowledge on the scents. We actually went with the one she recommended over the ones we originally wanted to look at. An absolute credit to the company and customer service in general! Thanks for the fantastic service.

Useless, despite advertising Pharmacy they don’t actually accept prescriptions. They claim to have a pharmacist but have never actually managed to visit the store when they’re available and have visited the store on more than 10 occasions, always on a break/leave/off sick.

I thought because this is a relatively newer Boots, the makeup section would be better than other Boots shops. No, just as terrible. How is it beyond Boots to replenish their stock? Every makeup display is empty, if there are no testers then there's no stock to actually buy, or the stock has been used in lieu of a tester so you wouldn't want to buy it anyway. It's impossible to do a 3 for 2 offer when the thing you want to buy isn't there! And it's especially frustrating knowing that what you want is probably just sitting there in the drawers underneath but no one has bothered to put it out. Every Boots shop is like this, but I've never had this problem in a Superdrug. It just looks like no-one cares. Disappointing that after only a year, Ocean Park Boots is just the same as every Boots: neglected, grimey, and sad.

Wasted journey - despite the ‘Pharmacy’ signs this place does not dispense prescriptions from the doctor. The lady was polite and did offer to send out for the medicine which I could collect another day. She said they hope to be able to dispense in the future.
