Amazing and friendly staff. Great that they open so late especially when you’re very busy. The lovely staff dhruv helped me with my prescription when I was almost out of medication and the system said that it wouldn’t be here until Monday, they searched the pharmacy to make sure I was able to get the medication I needed
Extremely rude receptionist who cannot communicate properly! I even overheard her saying “I can’t understand” to the pharmacist, and when she tried to explain things to us. The way she spoke was like a moody teenager. Very impolite and unprofessional. Never coming back!

I want to thank the Manager Priya of Lally’s Pharmacy from Lally’s at Guild Hall Walk today for finding me my urgent medication called Prednisolone 5mg iv’e tried x5 places since last Saturday. I’ve had my large colon and rectum removed in 2001. I’ve got ulcerrative colitis, and two weeks ago I started having symptoms of server pouchistis. Now Priya has given and brought the meds to my own Lally’s in Kingston Road today herself now I can start my urgent treatment Thank You Martin R.
The worst pharmacy i have ever seen ever time i go when they ask name they say there's no Prescription but when i contact with GP they said its already sent. Its not only happened once it's every time.
New owners. Change of staff and new layout within the store works well, staff are quick to acknowledge your presence, fast service no fuss. Staff eager to help and offer assistance on products and repeat prescriptions. Flu jabsxare available appointment not always necessary.
