Myself and another customer arrived at the same time. We waited, and waited. I must apologise that the two assistants had to stop their conversation to come and serve us, or rather not in my case. Really rude and unhelpful and telling me what I would buy! I politely declined and left. Tesco, give your pharmacy staff some customer service lessons. I was not rude or impolite, so why was your staff member rude to me?

Monday 28th July at approx 4:30pm, Tesco Pharmacy North Harbour went above and beyond of what is expected of them - I cannot thank the staff enough x

Today it's a 3 from me. Went in to just buy some decent paint relief and decongestant and felt somewhat quizzed ?judged when doing so. I've NEVER been asked about what antidepressants I take when buying that particular medication, in the 10 years I've been taking it. This included several visits to this pharmacy. I felt put on the spot and somewhat judged, although that may also be simply because I feel unwell and just wanted to get home. Staff were polite but having checked on the BNF (as I always do when buying anything over the counter) what I asked for is only listed as a potential interaction, and not a contraindication, absolute or not. I have take it before and in stronger doses prescribed for me for a back injury and have never had ANY adverse effect. I know what I can and can't take and whether or not I am happy to take medication of my choosing. I'm afraid you left me feeling rather upset after this. If you really feel it shouldn't be sold to me, then I suggest you ask these questions of your customers more rigorously, and less like an interrogation when there are other people around me who have no business knowing what medication I take. This was a first for me. That said, I apologise for being short, I feel ill and just wanted to get out of the store and home. I am also autistic. I hope my next interaction is a more favourable one.

The women with the hair who always serves is brilliant, she is so friendly and remembers little details about us! She really knows her stuff and always brightens our day.

The staff are friendly and helpful but they could definitely be a bit quicker in coming to assist. I think it would be better if the staff preparing the prescriptions were out of view, a lot of people get the impression they are ignoring customers even though that’s not what they’ve been tasked to deal with that shift. It definitely gives that impression though when the customer in front has 10 minute chat with the pharmacist and no one else comes to help the que of 5 people.

They said they would phone me at midday to let me know if my wife's medication was in guess what no phone call so I tried phoning them but no one will pick up the phone. Use SAINSBURY pharmacy nice staff they pick up the phone and let you know when your medication is ready

3 staff on counter, keep you waiting before coming to counter and asking if they can help, jobsworth of a pharmacist who conciders himself superior to his customers, ( probably failed to be a doctor) to sum up, totally rude & consider they are doing us ( the public) a favour by just being there.

Absolute waste of time. Must be deaf, as never pick up the phone. When I've arrived in person, 4 members of staff are literally right next to phone completely disregarding customer enquiries. To top it off they never have stock in and have to order it in. This takes 2-3 working days. Honestly the most useless pharmacy in Portsmouth. Do not use.

So rude!My mum went to collect a prescription and asked politely how long it would be and the man's response was 'How longs a piece a of string'. Very abrupt and not helpful at all.Sort your staff out..How on earth can you be in a job with customers when your service is shocking!

Just wanted to share my 1 year experience with you all. I have been on pain killers for some time. I have always been able to go and the ladies in white and they have been mega helpful in all aspects from chancing my prescription because my doctors didn't send it over(even when they said it had been done) to calling me or texting me to let me know part or all of my prescription was ready to collect. This is because they take great pride in helping others. I understand and respect that I'm not the only customer sadly not all customers understand this and expect a fast food experience. If you take time to talk to the ladies I'm sure you will get and understand why it's not a fast food experience. Keep up the great work ladies and gents. Have a nice day.
