What have you done to the pizza… it’s nothing like it used to be. Tasteless rubbish although it might look good! £25 for both which you would think is a fair price but when you taste it you will realise it is the equivalent of eating cardboard doused in tomato sauce. No taste to cheese, toppings or anything else whatsoever. For context we’ve been coming here for a couple years and the pizzas were always fantastic. Someone must have had a grand idea to change the recipe or order cheap ingredients and it hasn’t at all paid off. Additionally we make a reasonable request for sauces from the one of the girl servers (mouse blonde serving from bar this evening) and she forgot about us, clearly more interested in socialising with the bar staff it would seem. All the while the gentleman who served us (and was 2 weeks new in role) was really fantastic but unfortunately also forgot the sauces on request however he appeared rushed off his feet… perhaps/clearly he’s under supported by the lazy equivalents more interested in chatting in groups. We were also forewarned about the vegetarian cheese on the mushroom truffle pizza, however my wife confidently ordered as she always enjoyed it before. On querying the lacking taste of anything we were told that the chefs may have changed and the mushrooms are marinated in truffle however historically you would see the oil on the pizza. So they are currently unable to serve pizzas of any taste, provide any sauces. Staff forewarning of poor ingredients (due to recent complaints) and take no ownership of customer requests or issues. We ate a couple slices, paid and left (after approx. 1 hour in the restaurant) and went and had dinner elsewhere in Gunwharf. Atmosphere and music great otherwise. Drinks came out very quick. No longer somewhere worth eating.

Me and a group of friends came to Eden on Saturday and despite there being a large group of us the waitress was amazing. Bella made sure we were happy with our food and came to check on us throughout the evening. Her customer service skills were outstanding and so was her communication with us. It was our first time coming to Eden and we will be returning thanks to Bella’s excellent service. Thank you for making our night amazing ❤️

Visited on a Friday night for dinner. Got majorly stuck in football traffic and restaurant was very understanding. Food was nice! Good portions. Good atmosphere and music. Great for a night out. Decor is very nice! Only reason not 5* as ordered a Christmas cocktail which was quite frankly naff! Was quite expensive and not very impressive at all!

Service was good. Atmosphere was decent apart from the music being perhaps slightly too loud for a Sunday lunchtime. The staff were both friendly and attentive. Portions were a lot bigger than expected so don't order too much but the food was tasty and not to expensive. The pancetta pizza was lovely. The xl buffalo wings were good and the pigs in blankets were both plentiful and tasty enough. I can imagine it has nice views but the weather for us was terrible. For a bite to eat I could recommend it but if its ladies cocktails at lunch you're after, I would say this is defintiely the place..

Let me be real here. I didn’t enjoy the meal, wasn’t as tasty as I expected. But the lady that waited on our table was really friendly. The ambience is okay, a little dark but I guess that’s the vibe they were going for. Didn’t enjoy the Pina Colada too. Moderate cost, not too expensive. A nice place to chill with friends or go for a casual date
