Great local business. Staff are really helpful and welcoming. Decent selection of own brand vape juice, all made locally as well as an extensive selection of mods and tanks. Staff were happy to order anything in if they didn't currently stock it.
Good friebdly and polite staff. Came back due there knowledge on the products and how they didn't try and sell me the most expensive item. Listened to what I wanted and helped me choose.
Young lad who served us was very friendly and had good knowledge of the products, we walked in for 1 E-liquid and walked out with new vapes and 3 liquids lol. Overall very happy and I will be making this my regular one stop for vaping essentials.
so I dropped my vape and broke my aspire cleito tank, kept displaying no atomiser found, dammit, googled a few places and started to ring round for a replacement, knowing I would have to buy a new setup I was expecting to pay around £25 for a like for like product, Anyways I phone Emporium on southcoates lane first and a jolly chap called Kallam takes my call, after briefly explaining what was wrong and what I was looking for he asked me to bring my setup in for him to have a look at to see if it could be salvaged, so I went still expecting to pay for a new product as I didn't believe mine could be fixed, so I goes in greeted by Kallam who is bundle of joy and he looks at my setup, after realising what was wrong he changed a few pieces and to my joy my prize asset is returned to me in full working order, so pleased with the service and his honestly i really was taken back, he could easily of sold me a brand new set up and I would of happily of paid, what a guy, but hold on it doesn't stop there, as I go to pay for my now full working mod he refuses to take any payment, NO Way!!!! I asked a few times he refused, What a guy, Kalllam I salute you, thank you sooooo much, sorry for the long review but in instances like this it is warranted, Thank you again Kallam.
