Very happy with my Son of Cobra classic twin fin - it was a custom and there were some delays, but the whole process was professional and well communicated so thank you crew for sorting out a beautiful new board!
Bought a board bag online from these guys and it was the wrong size as my bird was too wide...As soon as I sent it back, got the right size bag within a week at no extra cost. These guys are awesome!!

Had a bit of faff with the wrong dims/volume being posted on the website (easy mistake), so the board was incorrect size when it arrived. Can't fault the service after that. They let me use it for a trip to see if it would stick, return it when it wasn't correct, and processed the refund the same week. Would 100% use them again and recommend them. Delivery is fast, boards were well packaged and they have a good stock of some chunkier boards that other sites don't carry.
Beautiful surfboard but poor service. After using my surfboard 1x on a soft sandy beach the board already had a crack on the bottom layer of the board. I was told it wasn't a crack but looks like a scratch which is a bit odd as i wouldn't go through the hassle of messaging about a simple scratch. There no fuss no questions asked 30 day return policy certainly is not no fuss and no questioned asked. This also is at your own cost! Very disappointed. Wishing i bought the board from my local shop who had unfortunately ran out of stock.
They have been absolute legends. Reached out to Matthew a few months ago looking for advice to get a new board, he replied to my emails with in depth and genuine advice without even knowing whether I was gonna buy from them. Finally decided to purchase from them even though I was living in Spain, but they did everything they could to make it work. The board came in a perfect condition and arrived in 6 days. Even though they couldn’t send it to my hometown I explained to them I was gonna be in Madrid for a few days and they managed to make the board arrive while I was there. Had a few problems with DHL Spain but the guys at Board Shop sorted it out within 5 minutes - massive thanks for that!! Highly recommend. I will deffo be purchasing my next board through these guys!
