This is a really lovely place to stay just had a weekend there on a stag do for 5 off us its located to the town of market harborough there's activity centres close by and the owners are very helpful and responsive there's a nice hot tub we all very much enjoyed it and would recommend it 5* and more if we could give it
An absolute hidden gem! The yurts are cosy and homely (with the atmosphere enhanced by the wood burners in each yurt). Everything you need is around the site, it is right next to an amazing farm shop an a short walk away from a lovely cafe (by the fishing lakes) which offers a fantastic breakfast. Would recommend and can’t wait to go back.
Had the best weekend with a group of friends for a hen do. The set up is great and brilliant facilities. Jen was really helpful in the lead up too. Thank you!
Had our romantic 2 nights stay 04/04-06/04/2022 in the Puddle Duck Yurt - beautiful place, great location (not far from shops, countryside walk paths, etc.), everything what you would need to feel comfort is provided, hot tub made this stay special :)
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Country Bumpkin Yurts - so much so that we are booking up again for a large birthday celebration! The yurts are beautiful, really well equipped and the attention to detail is amazing, with everything you would need for a weekend away. We especially liked the wood burner and the candles which were beautiful. We didn't get to go in the hot tub but it looked fantastic and are looking forward to bbqing again
This place is a wonderful hidden gem. The yurts were spacious and cozy from the wood burners, which were easy to use and there was plenty of wood provided. The beds in the yurts were actually really comfy too, more so than my bed at uni, which was a welcome surprise. The cafe did amazing breakfasts as well, I would recommend the farmer’s breakfast and the eggs royale, genuinely impressed with the quality of the poached eggs, not every place can do them well, but this place can. plus the cake was yummy. The owners really know the area well, they pointed us in the right direction for a really nice hike. Overall I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend any group who wants to meet for a reunion to do so at the yurts.
I’ve been here twice now and have not been disappointed. The first time I went I had the beef cheeseburger which was delicious. The second time I had the portobello mushroom with halloumi burger. That was even better! As for the service I felt that the staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. I loved the tent which was cozy and warm along with the giant fairy lights. I love giant fairy lights! I will definitely be returning! Especially for the mushroom and halloumi burger.
Had a wonderful weekend stay at this new exciting Glamping site. Situated close to the beautiful town of Market Harborough its far enough away to enjoy the rustic beauty of the area but not too far from civilisation that you feel isolated. Located on a beautiful farm with an amazing farm shop (try the pork pies trust me) its the ideal spot for a bit of camping with a difference. The "yurts" are fantastic and really appeal to those wanting to get back to nature without the aggravation of trying to put on clothes lying on your back and the daily fight with a sleeping bag. The eco-friendly hot tub on a warm summers evening surronded by farm animals was the icing on the cake.....and the roaming lambs were the cherry on top. Thank you so much to Jenny and Lara the owners of Country Bumpkin Yurts for making our stay so memorable and for the warm welcome. We can't wait to stay again and were already planning our next trip to Market Harborough.
