Book fake holidays, take your money and then cancel on you. Then you have to wait for your money back, all they can do is apologise and put phone down on you even though it's their fault. Disgusting Customer Service. Would give no stars if possible

We went in to the Kingswood Branch of TUI hoping to get some help booking our first ever family holiday abroad - we'd tried looking online at various companies but decided it was best to leave it to the experts. We were extremely lucky to have Jess talk us through the whole thing and offer advice. Jess was brilliant from start to finish - we were all really impressed with her! We came with our daughter who is only four - Jess even managed to make her feel involved & kept her entertained whilst we talked through the boring grown up things. Jess answered all our questions and was very professional, friendly & took all the stress out of the booking process. We were totally lost trying to do it online - I'd highly recommend going in to the Kingswood TUI branch as everyone there was so friendly & approachable. Jess was a star and clearly an enormous asset to TUI :) she even managed to put up with my partner being a wind up, all with a smile & good humour. Thank you TUI & mostly thank you Jess for helping us plan our trip to Florence ❤️
I wanted to book a family holiday for 15 people and was dreading making a mess of it. I approached Keeley at the TUI Kingswood Superstore for help and I'm so glad I did! Keeley was just amazing...helpful, knowledgeable, patient, flexible and professional, and all with kindness and a much appreciated sense of humour! I also received the same service from her colleague, Charlotte, who stepped in when Keeley wasn't available. I was so impressed with the service I received that I have since booked another holiday with them and have recommended them to all of my friends. Thank you.
We have just returned from a recent holiday in Mexico, where we had some service issues in resort after one of our suitcases went missing and also with the airline staff. I reported this on my return and Laura was fantastic, her service was excellent. Her empathy and understanding restored our faith in TUI. Thank you Laura and please continue to do what you are doing, you are clearly passionate about your job and pride yourself in giving excellent service and for that i thank you. We will certainly be retuning to book more holidays.
Booked a holiday via Tui after seeing a fantastic deal that Alison had posted! She was amazing! Very informative, so helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us! It was clear she has great passion, knowledge and experience! Our booking experience was 5* would definitely recommend!
I will turn 50 on Christmas Day so wanted a very special holiday where I don't have to lift a finger for once! Alison was fantastic, giving me several options within our specs and as a result, we fly out to Mauritius next Tuesday which I honestly can't wait for! The flight specs weren't the most basic either, meaning we get a very generous baggage allowance and the ability to move seats for free which we have already taken advantage of to ensure maximum space around us! Thank you so much Alison, and Tui Kingswood!!
