This business is never open , doesn’t answer phone or emails and website no longer working . Looks like the voucher bought for me as a gift (£100) will not be redeemed.
Store not open at advertised hours, closed early on a Saturday & were at least 15mins late opening on a Sunday.
I love the product, but I have been trying to contact the store in Cowes without success. I ordered a pair of shorts that were not in the shop two weeks ago. As I do not live on the island I was told that they could be sent out the following week and i would receive an email confirming their dispatch. I paid my money and did not receive an email. Nothing has arrived and I have tried to chase. I cannot get through to the shop and when I inadvertently contacted the official Sail Racing site but their position is there is noting they can do, and did not provide a contact number for the shop in Cowes. it is not very joined up service and i would only purchase if you can leave with the product.
Ignore old review from 2 years ago. New store manager could not have been more helpful. Genuinely could not do enough for us, finding sizes etc. Also offering to source an out of stock item and generally just being 5 star.
