   I’d like to respond to the reasoning you provided regarding the drop in water temperature. Your explanation is inaccurate, as no cold water was added during the hire. The temperature drop may have been due to a fault in the hot tub itself, or possibly a brief 10-minute electricity outage — although a drop of 10 degrees over such a short time would be highly unlikely. Despite reporting the issue, no one came to inspect the hot tub. We attempted to call the number provided, but it did not work. Your response — that the hot tub would take 8 hours to reheat — is not acceptable when we only hired it for two days. It significantly impacted our experience. Unfortunately, this situation left us disappointed, and I hope future customers don’t face the same problem. Based on our experience, I would advise others to be cautious when considering this hire service.

   Nice place, great views. Nice and private location and generous seating/chill out area. On the other hand, No Wi-Fi, yurts smelled very moldy and we were told we weren’t allowed to use the heaters/fires. No running water anywhere near the yurts which made cooking/meal prep difficult. Toilets up a big slippy hill that everyone fell down at least once.

   We had a wonderful birthday sleepover celebration for our 9 years old daughter at the Bramble Yurt. Beautifully decorated, well heated and spacious. Excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble, make you feel at home, smooth communication. Picturesque setting, quite and tranquil, excellent place to relax and enjoy the nature. Highly recommended!

   Stayed in vintage yurt for a romantic weekend away! They were so accommodating and nothing was too big or too small for them to do. The hosts, Joel and Lucie really do go above and beyond for there customers and I was so impressed with their hospitality. The cleanliness of the yurt was impeccable and not a dust spec in sight. The overall location is beautiful overlooking hills and pure greenery, quiet and secluded. T u were always on call if you ever need them or have a problem day or night but we never had an issue with anything to do with our stay apart from where to eat! As to which, they gave out there local pub which was a fantastic suggestion! 10/10 would definitely stay here again and already looking to book for this year if I can!!

   I recently stayed in the vintage yurt for my anniversary with my girlfriend and I couldnt have been happier the facility's and staff where all most accommodating. The place was spotless, I highly recommend this site to anyone after a relaxing weekend with beautiful views. Thanks to the hosts Joel and Lucie I will definitely be coming back.
