A shop worthy of a trip to see as I’ve been delighted by the staff and treasures alike, but for a charity shop the main focus is clothes and you won't always find what you're looking for, so maybe The British Red Cross shop is best as a casual visit to discover your next treasured bargain.
Lovely shop. Good selection and size, and prices are good (despite what other reviews might say). Only improvement would be the size of the men's section, but that's normal for charity shops
Very overpriced here which is a shame. People want to help charities but not be ripped off at the same time. Not to mention their silly FB rant about people leaving donations outside.
Never seems to be open so maybe doesn’t want customers. When it is open, prices are stupidly expensive for second hand goods, asking just as much as brand new goods. Best go shop on eBay etc first and save effort and money.
This shop is frequently closed during 'opening hours', very unreliable. Managed to visit today for a jigsaw, and left with nothing - I'm not paying £5 for a second-hand jigsaw!! The prices on things I saw were unreasonable. Won't be visiting again.
Staff always very friendly and polite. I always manage to find something wonderful in this specific shop! :)
