   Bought our kitchen doors from here which were lovely however one was scratched and when i took it back to get it changed the WOMAN OWNER was extremely rude and tried to put the blame on me stating they would never ever send out a faulty door. I explained that we had bought lots of doors from them and that they may not of spotted the scratch on the door but she was rude and complained that the door had finger prints on it. As i told her it will have fingerprints on it as we opened up the packaging to get the door out ready to fit it. She finally agreed to replace it after a lot of moaning and trying to put the blame on me. The other staff were great its a shame the OWNER cant treat people with the same respect her staff do. I also took some things back for a refund and asked if someone could help me get the items out of my van as i have a back issue so i cant lift heavy items instead of her been polite and saying she would get someone she completely ignored me and walked away to get someone to do it which I found rude. She could of at least said she was going to get someone. The guy that helped was great i think she needs to take a look at her staff and learn from them how to have good customer service skills as she has NONE whatsoever.

   Have just bought some wall units for our utility room. Very helpful young lady helped us sort what we needed. They look great and at a fraction of the price of pre assembled units. Worth a look if you want to replace or spruce up your kitchen and at a fraction of the cost?

   Good choice of kitchen units, doors and Worktops. Friendly helpful service while purchasing but God help you if you're taking something back for a refund or exchange! Not only do you have to fight for a refund but you are also charged a restocking charge of 10% which is not advertised or made clear at time of purchase. The aftersale service has definitely put me off any future purchases
