In 2023 we purchased a kitchen from Wren in Southampton. I cannot fault the Southampton Team in any shape or form. I had cause to talk to head office who had cancelled the order for my Fridge Freezer and in the end, they compensated me for the trouble. Move just over two years on and I noticed three of my metal handles had some heavy corrosion. Pictures were taken and sent to customer service who informed me the handles only have a one-year warranty. I had a moan about this as I felt the handles were clearly not fit for purpose as I would have expected them to last longer than the kitchen. I was told it was obvious they had been subject to prolonged water or moisture or, and this is the best one, harsh cleaning chemicals. None of the aforementioned was true. Eventually, as a 'Gesture of goodwill' and on this occasion they will replace the handles. Such hard work when the local stores could not do enough for you, customer service or 'The Sales Prevention Team' as I find more apt do everything to upset you. Just as a point I have added pictures of my Kitchen handles that have not been subject to water or chemicals and only lasted over two years and as a comparison, the door handles of my 1981 MGB GT that has always been outside (not in a garage) had its handle subject to Wind, Rain, Frost, Ice, Snow, Road dirt, Chemicals from Cleaning, and are in far better condition than the poor quality, poorly made handles from Wren. Perhaps when looking how to finish your kitchen off, may I suggest the handles from the MG may last longer and therefore, better value for money. Customer Care - You need to go out into the field and see how dealing with people who spend the money in your stores that indoing so , pay your wages, need to be treated! NOT IMPRESSED.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Showrooms and kitchen planning service brilliant After our kitchen with Wren installed quartz worktops just been finished, I reported that the Wren installation team had left one of the worktops way off level and on a slope! They have admitted their Engineers are at fault and have offered to remove/re-install worktop but not to replace the splash backs which would also require replacing after the worktop removed Wren now trying to blame me for not noticing the worktop was off the level before the splash back installation which was the the day after worktop install Appalling After Sales Service from Wren so far! Will update if anything further happens! 27/9/25 Items in kitchen now rectified by Wren to my satisfaction!

Sent the wrong colour oven and refuse to rectify the mistake. Promised a call back but not head anything for 3 days. The pictures speak 1000 words. We asked for black. We have been sent cream. See renders vs what has been delivered. Customer service is shocking, they shout over you and do not call you back when promised.

Steer well and truly clear. We had heard that Wren were far better with their customer service and hence decided to give them a chance. All had gone well but there were a few minor mistakes. I'm very easy going and let most slide. But today our oven arrived, 3 weeks late and the wrong colour. I was patient about the late arrival, but cannot accept cream instead of black. I've called to rectify but they said we had changed it (which we had not). As you can see, our 3D renders have always shown black. But we have ended up with cream. I've been patient and waited until 6th December. I was even very polite when we notified them of their mistake. But they point blank refuse to rectify it. Being 8.5 months pregnant, with two children, close to Christmas, and no resolution from Wren customer service (after a 2 hour call), I would definitely say to stay well and truly clear. On Tuesday I was promised a call back by the end of Wednesday 7th. My partner and I queried "will you actually call back?" To which Charlotte replied "I'm a manager, if I promise a call back, I will call you back, even if there isn't an update." Neither of us had a call Wednesday, or Thursday. Customer service is shocking.

Please consider carefully before buying a kitchen from this company! At great cost to my health I spent many weeks/months and even now after sometime has passed trying to put right the wrongs & damage to my life they caused when I had a kitchen fitted! Don't believe this company when they promise to put things right...not one single word! AVOID

Awful experience, avoid at all costs. Kitchen ordered earlier this year and work started in Apr-22 but did not complete until Sep-22. 1. Ovens: First oven could not be supplied so Wren replaced the model, without consultation. The second oven could also not be supplied for fitting until 5 months later. 2. Worktops: Wren delivered the wrong worktop, a design completely opposite to the one ordered and despite providing clear photos graphs, they disputed my claims for two weeks, and also attempted to charge me Β£216 to redeliver the wrong worktop. 3. Worktop Replacement: We sourced a replacement worktop from another company and found the exact worktop we had ordered from Wren, but at half the price! 4. Rubbish: Wren do not supply skips for the rubbish, resulting in huge piles of rubbish on the driveway, including nails and screws, easily able to puncture car tyres. 5. Poor Quality: We had to have a number of panels and doors replaced due to poor quality or damage. The cooker hood was also delivered damaged. 6. Missing Parts: The kitchen was delivered but had several panels missing. 7. Injury: One door panel fell off, injuring my Wife. To this date, Wren have not responded to any of our emails or letters on this matter. Their overall communication is awful, taking days to respond to urgent matters and not responding to other requests.

I recently had our kitchen fitted by wrens kitchen. To give some credit we're its due that the kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Just as a heads up they sub contact there fitters so be very careful of being put out of pocket. The downside is we are unable to use any appliances in our new kitchen. To give a little backstory we opted for the wet fit so everything would be fitted extra when the installation happened. The wet fit cost more because they woll git all the appliances up, instead of dry fit that wouldnt include that. We where willing to pay extra as it would get everything done in one go. Truth is that wren doesn't actually tell u the truth. You pay extra to get everything hooked up but if u need extra sockets or stuff moved u will have to pay a supplementary charge that the fitters decide. Unfortunately, after our pre installation visit our original fitter then turned down our fitting less then a week before installation was due to take place. We were then given emergency fitters and told we were only being given a dry fit but we didn't know everything that might of needed doing. We didn't have any apologies by wren. We were left 4 days without water downstairs and had to pay a plumber to fit our sink so we could use it. We currently don't have any appliances hooked up. We cannot cook meals before work and cannot wash our cloths for the past 7 to 10 days now and still have nothing hooked up. Also we had stuff missing from our order and having to wait to be delivered. Then wren tells you that its costs extra to get the stuff missing as they forgot to add it to the original contract. We are deeply disgraced in the service we have received and our builder. plumber, colleagues, friends and family who visit have know decided to let anyone they know who is deciding to go with Wrens to go elsewhere know leading to multiple people cancelling their kitchens and warning others . After being left with no way of cooking or using our kitchen myself and everyone, we have met are absolutely disgraced that we have been left with no way to cook meals or use any appliances in our kitchen. We have contacted the managers and designer at our Leicester branch with no help and not one person rang back when promised they would. We are upset that we were told that everything would be sorted and are looking at having extra changes that we were promised wouldn't happen. I hoped that after the kitchen fitted and everything was looking amazing to get lots of people to go and treat themselves to a new kitchen. Including writing an amazing review to encourage people to use Wrens kitchens but unfortunately, i will be making sure that others will not be stuck like us and are deeply upset that we have not received the help to get things sorted that we were made to believed we would get if anything went wrong. Wrens don't care only about the money please go somewhere else.
