Use their services for selling our house, but definitely not going to use them again.I can not recommend it based on my experience
Three times I called the office, three times I spoke to someone and explained what I wanted, three times I was promised a call back that day or the next day, nobody could be bothered to follow up. If they can't be bothered to do the basics like returning calls, then I would assume something a bit more technical would be far too difficult for them.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew James at the Lee-on-Solent branch of Churchers I have a passion for customer service and without a doubt this is the best interaction I’ve ever had with a solicitor. In this day and age I rarely get the chance to shout about excellent customer service, but I can assure you in this instance I will do so from the roof tops. I understand it might not be for everyone, but one/minimal word answers which are straight to the point with no waffle are perfect for me. Coupled with almost immediate replies each time, it really is a fantastic service.
I dealt with Emily recently on a minor matter, but one she took seriously, professionally and swiftly. An excellent experience, so I shall use this Churchers again.
I went to this firm to help me with a medical case however when I got a call back from one of there solicitors he insisted it wasn't a good enough case which is fine he is of course more informed than me however he wasn't interested in hearing more about the case than the brief description he was given. He then dismissed me and everything I was saying with a very rude manner. Needless to say I've taken my business else where and managed to find a firm willing to help me. All I can say is if you want to use this firm then do so at your own risk. Other than that have a nice day.
