Despite contacting them a couple of times, both verbally and by the company email they fail to respond to questions and have not given any updates to progress regarding my late mothers will.

could not have been better. . . special thanks to Annabelle! and her colleague Brenda. . . this was not an easy sale and they handled all the complex details (and frustrations) with professional sure-footedness, good humour and thoughtfulness. . . we agreed a fair price at the beginning and despite all the time-consuming nonsense we had to go through (historical lease issues etc) that is what they charged. . .
