   What a hidden gem this place is! Visited last week for lunch on our wedding anniversary whilst staying locally. Food was amazing! Staff so lovely and friendly, chatted to us and recommended local places of interest. Would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again when in the area!

   This family run country bar and restaurant is a real hidden gem. The food is of great quality made by the in-house chef and has a good menu selection and a great pint of stout served by the wonderful staff. A large function/dining area is also available to rent for special occasions.

   Went for a bowl of soup at lunch time, GREAT!!! Went back for dinner that night with 3 guests all raving about the food, drink, service and staff all 5 star treatment. Other customers great for a chat and laugh. Fantastic atmosphere . Heading back tonight for dinner again with a party of five. We all love Square One.

   I took my son, dtr-in-law & 3yr old grandson on Sunday 13th June We went into the bar instead of the restaurant as Padraig, my grandson wanted to play at the pool table Service was efficient and fast and nothing was too much trouble Every now and then we were asked about if we wanted anything else however, we enjoyed our meals so much that I took a little bit home with me. I would recommend Square One as a "to go" place with or without the family Excellent 4

   Updating my post which was 5 star in the 1st place but the service we received here on Sunday was unreal from the lady at the bar to the guy taking our order and the Owner. Food was absolutely brilliant and they couldn't do enough for us even brought extra chips and extra ice cream for the kids at no extra cost. I am spreading the word and won't be long until we are back again
