Excellent, Helen was wonderful. After a heat massage she gave me some exercises to do at home and now I can report that my back is much improved. I shall hopefully visit again for another massage.
Brilliant physio she has really helped with my shoulder problem.
Have been to see one body following an accident where I sustained injuries to my arm, shoulder, neck and upper back. So far they are helping greatly with rehabilitation and am starting to recover properly from my injury.
