I now have a functional shoulder, we both agree, it's not perfect, it still has a bit of special movement to it!, but I am happy, pain free, and have full mobility, I can now drive without pain, lift a cup without discomfort, and for the first time since shoulder surgery 12 years ago, I can raise my arm, dry my hair, and lift heavy objects without discomfort! I saw Sam recently due to having a 'slightly dodgy' right hip and lower back, which are both prone to niggles. Although I wasn't suffering symptoms when I saw Sam, he was still able to perform a full triage/assessment of my body and identify the cause of my back and hip problems. Sam articulated and demonstrated to me clearly where my problems were arising from, before providing me with a program of exercises to do to aid the issues. I have never had acupuncture before but I thought it could maybe help with my tension and stress levels. I must say, it was everything and more! Carolyn talked me through every single aspect of it all and made me feel more relaxed than I have been in what seems like years!
