    The owner is a con artist and can’t keep his word. Refuses to accept refunds for wrongdoings on his own behalf. You’re better off going somewhere else for accommodation if you don’t want to lose your money.

    Really bad, bang out of order, refused a confirmed booking.com booking at 10pm then refused to refund because a bad review was left! This is not allowed in UK! Foreign-owned, not Hull people!

    It's OK for a night or so, but that's it. It's not the cleanest place, and it's really draughty. There are lots of cracks in the walls. It's a no-staff hotel, and I had to call when I got there to get a code to open a key box outside to get the key to my room. Rooms are large, but the space is wasted by having next to nothing in them. The room had an en-suite shower room, and there's tea/coffee facilities. The highlight was that the bed was very comfortable.

    Budget price accommodation in a good location , very near to the Pearson park area & very close to the Princess avenue area which boasts a host of on trend indie bars , traditional pubs & restaurants all within walking distance . The park view rooms are kept clean & are very spacious , some have cooking facilities & some are suite style rooms with a table & seating areas for those with families . The building is a Victorian era property & would be classed as mansion style if in London , but it has been converted into rooms for a hotel & has been done to a good standard . The room was warm upon our visit & the hot water was very hot !!! So be careful when washing , check temperature first . The rooms owners were polite & welcoming & check in was easy with card details taken from your phone to pay ,making it a smooth & easy transaction . The park view has very good parking facilities & is included in the cost , which is a bonus as parking on the streets nearby can be a bit hit and miss due to the popularity of the area !! as they say It's never dull in Hull !! . RECOMMEND for quality accommodation in a very popular area at sensible cost . Please may I suggest as breakfast is not included you take some cereals or take advantage of one of the many local cafes very nearby which are here in abundance . So if you want a stay over in Hull at sensible cost this could be your ideal choice I'm sure we'll return again , I hope they continue to do well . Since this posting I have recently returned & the park view rooms still offer an exceptional value for money stay in a prime location for hulls many attractions and still at sensible cost , can only recommend .
