I would highly recommend this gem of a campsite so much so we are returning in a few weeks with a group of friends. The owners and staff are friendly, and work so hard to keep it running, it's clean and the pitches are a good size, and are separate by small trees and bushes for privacy. Toilet and shower block was spotless. We stayed near the pond but had a walk around and was impressed with the size of the family area. Looking forward to going back in September with friends.

We as a family of 4 with 2 children 7 and 9 love this little site. It has the best park we've ever come across on a camping site. Toilet/shower blocks is clean and usable. Pizza on Sat night was delicious. The staff running the site are all warm and friendly. This was our second stay here and won't be the last.

We are currently staying at this wonderful family site and it clearly shows that the owners have poured hard work and love in building it. Our pitch is beautiful, overlooking a pond with wild fowl, ducks and geese and so private with the hedges. The site is so well kept, the childrens playground is fantastic. The toilet block is immaculately clean although dated and the proposed new toilet block will be a much welcomed addition. Friday evening pies were tasty and great value The location along a quiet road is ideal with buses to Beverley and Hull. Also there are 2 garden centres close by,both dog friendly, and serving food with farm shops. The final word of thanks goes to the heart of this site.Catherine and her family.

We were booked on here for a Rally . There are a mistre of grass and gravel pitches . The toilet facilities are clean but limited . I believ a new toilet block is being constructed and whe we were there , there were also Portaloos dotted about when the site was full at the weekend. A 10minute walk up to the main road and you can catch a 41/43 bus which will , depending on the side of the road you are on take you into Hull or to Beverley and onward to Driffield and Bridlington and several other Wolds villages .There is also a Garden centre across the road with a Restaurant . However on site you can get meat pies and Pizzas which were well received by our Ralliers . The onsite owners/staff were extremely friendly and obliging . There are also bookable activities for Children and a playground for them on site . It is a relaxing site if you don't want to travel .we will be back .

A real gem of a campsite situated 40 minute bus ride from Hull city Centre and 30 minutes into Beverly Centre. Beautifully kept site with a lovely wild foul pond in the centre pizzas and pies served weekends during peak time but was closed while we were there. Very secure in and out of the site. The owners were really friendly and accommodating helping us with Taxi information and bus services. The toilets were quite dated and although the water was nice and warm when you turned it off, it was freezing cold standing in the shower units as they were not heated however they are just in the process of building a new shower block which will definitely add Great facilities to the site which is already exceptional. Five minute walk to great garden centre with lovely café for breakfast and a 15 minute walk to the local ship Inn pub we didn’t use those facilities but easy to get there.

Had the most lovely stay at manor farm, the owner was really helpful and understanding when we had to cancel due to a stolen caravan and booked us in super last minute when we got a replacement. Loved our first outing in our new van, the childrens park is fantastic, milkshakes are soooo good and pizza night is a must!! Also made cheese cakes at the cookstars session! Such a welcoming beautiful site we can't wait to come back next summer!!

Manor Farm is an absolutely fantastic family campsite. I've been blown away with how well managed it is. Our pitch came with its own portaloo. The play area was enjoyed by the kids. There's a pie night on a Friday, Nachos Saturday lunch and Pizza night on Saturday evening. There are clearly marked out pitches which are nicely spaced out. There's a campers fridge and freezer and an adequate shower block with hot showers. The manager is very visible making sure everyone is OK.

A beautiful campsite, great food on Friday evening on Pie night. Shower block and toilets spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful owner, we will definitely return. Only suggestion would be a shelf next to the hand sink as I had to put my washbag on the floor and the mirror is a little low for my height lol

Wow. What can I say about manor farm campsite. FUN FRIENDLY FAMILY FARM should be it's name. I visited on Friday with my daughter for the weekly pie night . Straight away the owner, Catherine cames out to greet you and make you feel welcome. We had a quick look round the camp site so my grandson could have a play and then we settled at a large picnic table Yummy. Butchers pies made to order, chips and lashing of mushy peas. For £6.95 . Drinks available hot and cold. You don't need to be on the campsite to come to specials nights , so Saturday there is 11 of us at pizza night. Lovely toilet / shower area. Plenty of pitches with or without EHU. . Wild life pond, play area for kids . Loads of loos dotted around the campsite. Great place to visit for the night or on holiday. All enclosed with a security gate. The owners, Catherine, Shaun and all staff are very friendly and can't do enough to make your visit memorable, so get booking. X

Absolutely beautiful site. Fortunately we have a dog so our pitch was next to the pond. The whole site is well maintained, the toilet block is clean and functional. We stayed at the end season so it was very quiet, except for the Ducks (I think they were laughing at my dog) It is well placed to explore the Yorkshire coast and Moors.
