    The worst customer experience, I had dealing with a woman who said she was the owner of Crestlets, in the car park she opened my car door and demanded my girlfriend(passenger/not insured) to move the car so she could get parked when there was another 5 parking spaces, I then confronted the woman about how this is not an acceptable way to speak to someone, she then started talking down to me in such a disrespectful and condescending manor; all over a parking spot and then proceeded to threaten the police on me. Overall a very horrible experience with the owner and would not recommend anyone to Crestlets after this.

    Just moved into a new property, Crest Lets where brilliant throughout the full process, the house had recently been referred which caused problems with the Hot Water, Crest Lets were straight on the case and organised a plumber and electrical to check the full property for the fault and any other issues. Looking forward to spending the next few years in my property and liaising with Crest Lets along the way.

    Would not recommend this company !!!kicks famiys out of houses after taking over from maltings she wanted extra 50 a month asked if she could 2 wait till we go money sorted !!!!she gave me a section 21 i wonder still why since i got re housed 5 yrs ago why 65 saltash keeps getting let out since u kicked me and my young family out
