   Highly recommend! Just rented a property they had listed and has been a very smooth process with clear information and instructions for those who need it to help you get everything you need first time and assist in a fast smooth move in process. There has been lots of communication ensuring I had all the information I needed and emails have all been responded to very quickly including getting responses outside of their advertised working hours. I like how they use platforms such as goodlord to make the right to rent checks simple but also the amount of support that platform offers for those who need help setting up bills or who are attempting to take on the daunting process for their first time. Even if I do not need those services myself it is reassuring to see this support been offered as standard. Reporting repairs is also easy using their dedicated reporting portal having found an issue on move in day it took me under 3 minutes to make a report of this issue much faster than sending an email or making a phone call

   I strongly recommend Hull2Let for rental properties. I found a fantastic flat with them when I needed to find somewhere quickly in 2017, and ended up staying there for almost seven years. Jo and Kirsty have consistently been friendly, supportive, and quick to respond whenever I needed to discuss anything. They similarly supported a positive relationship with the owner of the property, helping ensure good communication between us. They were equally helpful when I moved out of the property, making the process clear and quickly returning my deposit after I'd moved out.

   I have been in my property almost 8 years and never had a issue with Hull 2 lets. I have recently had a gas safety check and my boiler was unsuitable for use and had to be shut down with immediate effect. Not ideal I know but Jo was on the ball straight away. With Jo's quick acting I have only been without a boiler 3 days. Amazing service thanks Jo.
