   I use NFU in Milford (Tasha) - it’s a 10/10 service. They are decent people, honest and really helpful. They take a long term view with clients and it shows. I get an annual review at my house or at their Beautiful offices and we agree any changes necessary. It’s an old fashioned service where relationships and decency count.    My dealings with Bryony Norman of the Godalming office of NFU Mutual have been nothing but professional and absolutely thorough. She has made sure we are happy with the renewal of our homeowner's policy and has also made sure we are aware of our complete coverage. She has followed up on our discussions and has been available whenever we needed to contact her. We feel she has given us her personal attention in dealing with our specific needs, even though we're sure she has many other clients as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryony or NFU to anyone looking for proper insurance representation.

   I have been a customer of NFU for many years insuring my car, business and house. Although more expensive than many other insurance providers, I have always found the service from initial enquiry to claiming to be of the highest quality. This week I needed an issue resolving and I dealt with Lucy from the Oxted branch and Hayley from the Godalming branch. Both ladies are incredibly helpful, pleasant, efficient and understanding and they both go the extra mile to assist. The only negative with NFU is the cost to insure. The positive are definitely the incredibly helpful staff and service. Stewart.
