   Not impressed they ve delivered to wrong house about half a mile away delivered £50 of flowers to 1 coarskelly instead of correct address and now can't get an answer from property to retrieve them but not my mess so I SHOULDNT have to spend half a day trying to sort this ,order no 50555164701 edit to add ,they delivered another bouquet to the correct address the the following day ,interflora emailed and will refund 25 percent of order

   Appalling service – avoid at all costs! I’ve placed three orders with Four Seasons in the past 10 days, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. The first order was fine. The second? They lost it. After two days of chasing them, they finally sent a replacement – which wasn’t even the bouquet I originally ordered. For my third order, they told me my chosen bouquet was out of stock but offered an alternative for the same price (£120). I agreed, assuming it would be of similar quality. What turned up looked like something worth £50 at best – cheap, unimpressive, and completely different from what I expected. This level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere.

   Bought flowers for Valentines and they wilted not even 5 days later - However, after contacting the store, the Manager sincerely apologised and organised a replacement bouquet. Great Customer Service saved the day.

   Had flowers delivered as a gift from my son for Mothers Day. They were past their best to say the least with roses drooping and fraying and one bloom broken. I emailed them straight away and had no response. I wasn’t going to tell my son but he wondered why I hadn’t sent him a photo of them as I usually do so I then did. Only to find he paid £65 for them! I looked up in their website what I was supposed to get for £65 and it was Certainly nothing like I received. Disgusted and will never use them or recommend them to anyone

   We ordered a couple of bouquets and a boutonnière for our wedding. From initial consultation to final delivery, the service was smooth and high quality. We are delighted with how our flowers turned out. Four seasons florist is a company that can be trusted. Highly recommend!

   Credit where credit is due, gave a very poor one star review yesterday about the bouquet I received on Saturday , telephone the shop today to complain and they were already on it with a new bouquet on its way. Thank you for rectifying the issue.

   Had a bouquet delivered yesterday from Four Seasons and have to say they are probably the finest flowers I've bought. The bouquet was abundant with lots of colours and variety. Worth more than what I'd paid in my opinion, I'll be back and would highly reccomend.

   I've bought flowers a few times from here, and they are always beautifully made! They last a long time and feature a lovely variety of flowers. They are my go-to florist in Aberdeen, I highly recommend them! Their delivery service is also prompt and good value!
