I too ordered for next day delivery. Didn't even happen the following morning. But most annoying of all, I ordered the £50 "Gorgeous Summer Bouquet" pictured with peach roses. My friend received what I can only describe as a load of wild daisies. I am absolutely incandescent. Appalling quality, indifferent service. Lamentable.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. I ordered same day delivery for my wife, and when she received the flowers, she immediately noticed that they were slightly rotten. For flowers worth over £30, this bouquet is very poor and small. I won't use it anymore
Disappointed I got a Luxury White Wine Gift Basket for a friend in her birthday. I chose this basket because it looked nice, but the picture in the website doesn't look like what she got. She was happy with the gift and the delivery was on time, but I'm very disappointed on how different the picture and the actual basket are. Different basket, different wine, the presentation is not as nice.. same flowers but the flower arrangement looks messy.
Ordered same day flower delivery online today and called to confirm my order. Told AF my daughter’s birthday is tmrw and they informed will deliver it later in the day. Got a thank you whatsap message from my daughter later in the evening about it. This really made my day considering I am far away in Saudi Arabia and missing my daughter so much. Thank you AF for the timely delivery and lovely fresh flowers! ❤️❤️❤️
Four Seasons are a joy to deal with. I’ve ordered flowers (and plants) for friends, and been lucky enough to receive bouquets from my loved ones. The blooms are always beautifully arranged and last for what seems like forever! Can’t fault their friendly, on-time service either. Thoroughly recommend this lovely Aberdeen florist!
