   We booked Gemma for our wedding flowers, and start to finish it couldn’t have been an easier experience or more perfect outcome. From our first email she was helpful with different options for what we needed and the flowers looked gorgeous on the day, including all the bouquets, the button holes, the flower girls wand’s and crown for the Aswanley deer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or give her a shout for anything in future.

I’d say the best part of the customer service was needing to have the flowers delivered at a very specific time. And on the dot the owner herself arrived to hand them off.    I was so lucky to be gifted a birthday bouquet from Twiggs and Thistles.. gorgeous flowers! Lasted ages too! I also have gifted flowers a couple of times from Twiggs and Thistles and recipients have been impressed with their bouquets! Customer service is friendly and prompt and what a beautiful bunch of flowers you get for your money! Both occasions I ordered from this company I was very last minute but it was not a problem for Gemma she produced beautiful bouquets with not much notice! I will definitely be continuing to order from her in the future and support a very talented local florist!
