   I can't put in to words how grateful I am to all of the veterinary staff for helping my senior dog so quickly and properly diagnosing her when I needed a second opinion. They treated her so quickly when I registered her here by letting me bring her on the day of registration. They've been totally amazing beyond words and so compassionate. She definitely seems more settled and content now after the treatment she needed. I honestly feel like they listened to me and saved her life. Thank you so much because although it's a busy practice, they still listen and have value for the needs of our beloved pets and put them first.

   Definitely the best vets in Banbridge. We've been going to Pet vets for 16 years with our cat, Nimbus. They are always incredibly kind and gentle with her, particularly as she gets extremely anxious when we have to take her in. Test results are always super quick and the vets are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my hundreds of questions. Jackie & Tiffany at reception are fantastic ladies and always incredibly helpful. We cannot recommend Pet Vets highly enough and we are always so grateful for their treatment of Nimbus.

   My recent experience here was very negative and upsetting. But usually I have no problems taking my cat here. We normally see the vet called Andrew and unfortunately didn’t see him at our last visit. In my experience i felt the lady we had seen was lacking compassion and was abrupt. My cat did not feel at ease with her and was very scared already from being in the waiting area with dogs and waiting a while. I don’t think we were treated fairly and my experience was very distressing for myself. Especially when our pets are our family. I felt my cat didn’t properly get checked over and I the visit could have been handled better. I would expect a lot of cats to be nervous and vets would be trained to handle this. I 100% recommend Andrew. He’s so caring, compassionate and amazing with animals. He is so gentle and calming. My cat always feels so relaxed and they say animals can sense trust and he definitely does with Andrew. This is my opinion and my last experience was very disappointing. So this is why I am mentioning this as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I was told my cat is aggressive and badly behaved when he was actually scared.

   Brilliant veterinary practice vet Andrew has such a kind and gentle nature especially when helping my dog recovering from luxating patella surgery and giving his vaccinations. Reception staff have always been so kind and caring too putting me and Bailey at ease as much as possible. These people are true animal lovers and I wouldn't take Bailey anywhere else.

   Just moved town. My fur baby hurt himself and was squealing with pain. These guys saw him as a new patient ON THE DAY!!! Andrew, our vet, was brilliant with a very very nervous little Yorkie. I'm so glad I moved, just to have been exposed to a new vet service! Simply cannot recommend enough! Thank you sooo much!!

   Have been using pet vets for a while now, I'm very happy with my choice of care for my fur babies. All very friendly staff who genuinely have a love for pets and are knowledgeable and thorough in examination and diagnosis. My babies have attended several times for routine treatment and neutering procedures and I can relax knowing that they will be looked after and kindly treated.
