Normally we love French Frank's but today I bought a coronation chicken baguette and when I went to eat it, I took my first bite and there was a long BLACK HAIR! This ruin my baguette straight away and made me feel sick! I know have this horrible feeling in my mouth and don't think I will be returning which is a shame!
This is the best place to get your lunch! Such good food and lovely staff. I recommend this place to everyone!
Great lunch stop on a cycle around the IoW. GF options no problem. Good coffee, yummy GF brownie. Limited seating indoors but we sat outside in the shade, no umbrellas though. Quick service, very busy, friendly.
Nice service, reasonably priced good food, clean bathrooms. Queue was out the door which is testament to how good it was! Coffee and a sandwich was £7 ish which compared to the chain cafes is much better.
Stopped for a quick coffee. The coffee was nice but the tables could have done with a wipe and the floor was sticky.
Food is amazing, loads of options! Gluten free is great, it's only the standard gluten free ciabattas but the fillings are great! Friendly staff and handy locations as well as being able to order online are the reason we keep coming back! (Coffees great as well!)
A delicious bacon baguette and a cuppa is a great way to start a day. Frank's never fails to deliver this when I get the chance. Have been using the Newport and Cowes branches for many years. Lovely attentive staff and reasonably priced.
Such a lovely friendly place to eat or drink . Everything is well priced, and the staff are happy to accommodate all your needs . Frozen yogurt drinks ( FroYo's) are an absolute must, so delicious. They have a new member of staff Ellie who is a breath of fresh air , super helpful and polite and an excellent addition to the team .
