   I stayed at Inch Schoolhouse with a party of 12 for a family celebration. It was perfect for our needs affording excellent rooms, kitchen and bathrooms plus a huge dollop of privacy which we required. It is a treasure close to Belfast and Dublin. The host was super proactive and a gent to deal with. Parking onsite. I will definately return this coming summer and enjoy more of the amazing countryside in the region. Many thanks,

   As a large family, renting Inch Schoolhouse was the highlight of our trip abroad. The home is well appointed with multiple opportunities to both recreate and relax. I highly recommend!!

   I was a guest staying at this house recently. The good reviews and photographs of this house are very deceiving and not a true reflection of the property at all. The house is very old and needs serious updating. There is an AWFUL musty smell throughout the house that constantly caught our throats (one guest needing their inhaler). The rooms were dirty with mould in the corners and the toilet and sinks were blocked. We had to replace the table cloth as it was very dirty. The hot tub and sauna which add to the property are not included unless you pay an additional fee. The condition of the property does not warrant its high price. There was also no additions (welcome package such as basics- milk, hair dryers, shower gel etc). We were extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

   Warning: Do not book, do not trust. Booked a weekend with friends for our annual meet up (we are scattered all over Ireland and Europe and meet up once a year). We booked and paid the deposit 6+ months in advance. Paid the full amount 30+ days out. 4 days before check in our booking wad cancelled by the residence with a very lame "double booked" excuse. Zero consideration for flights booked plans made all 9 of us very much in gear for our weekend. Only told we were double booked while inquiring about facilities and check in times. There is no way we were not the first to book and pay for our weekend but we end up being scrapped. (Why were the other bookers given priority?) Incredibly poor form and zero accountability. How this can be allowed to happen even tho we booked thru booking.com is beyond me. Will never use booking.com again even tho they did refund us it doesn't make up for our ruined holiday. Shameful stuff from the owner / manager. Don't let this happen to you. Do NOT book this property. Ever.

   We booked this 6 months ago in February via Booking dot com for a group of 8, flying in from all over Europe for a relaxing weekend. While talking to 'Micheal' about logistics 4 days out from our arrival, he declared he had a double booking and he'd be cancelling our booking. If you don't want your trip to be ruined without any recourse, perhaps book somewhere more reliable.

   Hot tub, sauna and a private nightclub, what more could you want?! Just back from a wonderful stay at Inch SchoolHouse for my friend's hen party over the Bank Holiday weekend. Michael and Valerie were wonderful hosts and the stay exceeded all our expectations - highly recommend both the property and the hosts! The place was all set up and ready to go when we arrived and Michael walked us through how to work everything to ensure we were able to make the most of the amazing facilities. We spent most of the weekend between the hot tub and the sauna, which is tucked away in the forest behind the house. The sauna is wood-fired, only needs ~1 hour to heat up and comfortably fits 8-10 people at a time. Be sure to pour water over the coals regularly to keep it nice and hot to make the most of it! The hot tub is also incredible, and comfortably seats 8 at a time. I’ve rented properties with hot tubs before but this was next level, particularly having the sauna as well which is something I’ve never seen! We found a local spot called the Barn Saul nearby to head out for dinner & cocktails on our second night (only a 5 min drive/taxi journey from the house). The food and cocktails were great and there was some live music before we headed back to the house to hit the dancefloor. With the high ceilings, light & sound systems, projector, smoke machine etc. it really is like having your own, private nightclub where you can dance the night away. Can't recommend this property enough – thanks for a great stay Michael & Valerie!

   Inch Schoolhouse is such a wonderful space for a group. We were here at the beginning of May for a friends hen party. Between the disco room, hot tub and sauna it was so much fun. Like our own personal spa, with our own nightclub. High recommend it
