   Outstanding Service from Ben at Travel Without Limits. *Amalfi Coast Tour* From start to finish, Ben was absolutely exceptional. We hadn’t travelled for quite some time and were a little apprehensive about how much had changed, but Ben instantly put us at ease. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to really understand what we wanted from our holiday, from the type of places we hoped to visit, to how we like to spend our free time, and even the kind of group atmosphere we’d enjoy most. Every part of our trip was clearly thought through. Ben guided us in the right direction, made helpful suggestions, and ensured every detail perfectly matched us. His care and attention showed at every stage, and it was clear he wanted us to feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the journey. The holiday itself was beyond our expectations, beautifully organised, enjoyable, and completely stress-free, all thanks to Ben’s professionalism, knowledge, and warmth.    Ben from Travel Without Limits had arranged other holidays for us so we looked at a trip for my birthday to Seville. We had a choice of hotels and the one we went to was excellent. Ben took care of organising taxis from the hotel to our trips for a boat excursion, open top bus tour, flamenco night & visit to the Alcaza. This allowed us to just enjoy all of the above at our leisure. What an amazing company that provide an excellent service.

   A 5 star service. My husband and I saved to go to Australia we wanted to visit family members in both Sydney and Melbourne and take sometime for ourselves to relax and see the sights. We fancied spending some time visiting Uluru but knew realistically we could'nt organise any of this. I contacted Ben at Travel Without Limits and was thrilled with the support we received. We told Ben all our hopes and wishes for the trip but honestly we thought it was too ambitious as we both have health problems and mobility issues. Ben put us at ease straight away. The holiday he arranged for us was amazing. Everything was planned to meet our needs. We flew to Sydney after a nights stay in Singapore. We enjoyed 2 weeks in Sydney visiting Many impressive sights and spending time with family. We flew to Uluru for 3 days and it was wonderful before we flew to Melbourne. We stayed with family but also had time on our own to travel along the Great Ocean Road. This was a holiday of a lifetime it was truly amazing thanks to Bens careful planning he made sure every detail met our needs for comfort and safety. We even enjoyed the journey because Ben helped us break up the flight with a stop over in Singapore on the way to Australia and a two night stay on the way home, this allowed us the chance to explore Singapore and experience their culture. Saying goodbye to family in Australia was emotional, the time in Singapore offered us space to reflect and proved to be a joyful experience for us both. Ben found a selection of hotels for us to chose from. Every hotel was top notch. Ben spent so much time diligently arranging everything to make our holiday perfect. I have happily recommended Ben to all my family and friends.

Travelling solo to the USA felt too big and there were so many moving parts; taxis, trains, transfers, international flights, internal flights which all had to be co-ordinated to minimise wait times.    Ben took care of all the plans for our trip to Iceland and every single thing was perfect! We asked for a deluxe room but Ben surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, and there was even a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. The advice on what to see and do was spot on so even though we were only there a few days we managed to see some amazing things. We’ll definitely be using Ben for our holidays going forward

   I've always booked my own holidays but had been so busy that I reached out to Travel Without Limits to search for a city break for me. I wasn't expecting to get such a comprehensive response back, especially as quickly as I did and was blown away by how closely the hotels matched up to my quite specific preferences. I was guided through all my flight options, including baggage and hotel lounge. To be honest, I think TWL were more excited about my holiday than I was. The enthusiasm was infectious, and I soon started to look forward to going away. To say everything was taken care of was an understatement and before I knew it there was a full itinerary by email and in the post. Everything was taken care of from car parking to the transfer at the airport. The only thing left for me to do was pack! Pricing was competitive and the service is outstanding. I was able to relax knowing I was in very safe hands. I would not hesitate to use TWL again, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
