   We arrived at the store at 17.15 due to traffic, closing time was 17:30. No one greeted us on arrival. We needed to change our money over, however the staff said they had locked the till. They asked if we could come another day, which we couldn’t. Still no one offered to helped, and we had to walk away. We had come out of our way for this. Very unhelpful.
