Been using this company for years, amazing value and choice. Communication is spot on. Genuine personable staff who always answer any questions or issues you may have. Glad they survived the pandemic and are still trading. Always recommend them to anyone who is visiting London.

Good price etc, but be warned just because you book a particular hotel you may be moved to a different hotel. We checked in and were advised that our 2 rooms were not available and we could share a room or move to a different hotel. We did get a complimentary round of drinks and a taxi to the new hotel.
Great site to ho to gor theatre breaks in London. Used them years ago and found them now we are out of lockdown. Helpful and reliable.
We have used TicketTree for several trips and stays in London and have always had good service. This weekend we arrived at the hotel to find that there was an issue with our booking. It is at times like this that you really test a companies customer service and TicketTree was exceptional. The problem was corrected in minutes with excellent communications despite it being Sunday.
