We have book a family holiday with Julie, always answered any concerns or question and nothing was to much trouble, cheaper then anywhere else.
I visited this branch earlier today to purchase some travel money for my holiday. I was served by the manager of the branch, who told me an exchange rate which I was happy with before I completed the transaction. When I arrived home, however, I counted out my money and realised I had not been provided with the correct amount. I queried this with another lady who worked there who was very friendly, and she explained the manager of the branch had added on an additional *optional* extra to my transaction without asking me, causing me to lose a significant percentage of my exchange rate. As a young student who is going on their first big trip, I feel disappointed that the “manager” of the branch saw me as an opportunity to start adding additional fees onto something I was obviously not clued up on to make money. Won’t be going back
Julie is absolutely fantastic! She took her time to find me an amazing holiday and nothing was too much trouble. She is incredible at her job and is the person to see if you want an outstanding deal. Thank you so much again Julie and Hays Travel xx

I have made 2 enquiries by telephone and no one has had the politeness to ring me back in over 4 weeks
We asked for meet and greet and we did not get it we got sent to a different parking place which was a long way away and we nearly missed our flight but the lady changed it for us thank goodness we never got to get an email to tell those when we we're going to get a transfer home and we still have not had one so I'm not popping

I would just like to say the girls at the Hull branch are fantastic. All of them are very friendly and will go out their way to help you.
